MISSION - VISION - VALUES

Legal Empowerment for Teens (LET) was founded by Danielle Simpson Alford, a passionate advocate with years of experience in juvenile justice and child advocacy. Throughout her career, Danielle has witnessed firsthand the challenges teens face when it comes to navigating the complexities of the legal system and securing opportunities for their future. This inspired her to create LET, an organization dedicated to empowering Georgia’s youth with the tools they need to succeed, both inside and outside the courtroom. Each program was born out of Danielle’s deep understanding of the unique needs of teens in the justice system. Danielle’s years of work in juvenile justice have shaped her vision for LET, and she is committed to helping teens find their voices, know their worth, and build the future they deserve.
